5. Response to complaints and consultations

The Company will respond to complaints, consultations and inquiries about the handling of personal information from the information provider, without delay.

6. Implementation of continuous improvement in efforts to protect personal information

The Company will make this policy known throughout the Company including its employees and group companies in order to carry out the policy. The policy will be implemented and maintained, and continuously improved.
