Installation method

  1. 1. Drill preparation hole.
  2. 2.3. Remove debris cleanly from inside hole.
  3. 4. Position capsule.
  4. 5. Insert bolt into hole while applying rotation and impact.
  5. 6. Do not move anchor bolt during specified hardening period after insertion.

■Uses

Make sure to cut the edge of the anchor bar 45°for use.
Use one with an irregular surface for the hex head set screw or deformed steel bar.

Precautions on use

  • Drill the preparation hole with the diameter and the depth as specified.
  • Clean the hole drilled with a metal brush and blowing equipment.
  • Be sure to wear safety protective equipment such as a facemask, eye protection glasses, and safety gloves during the operation.
  • Never inset the capsule without rotation.
  • Do not move or put weight on the installed bolts during the specified period for resin solidification.
