When
inserting screw-free center drills, be sure to rotate the center
drill one turn clockwise while pushing it in. To detach, rotate
counter-clockwise while pulling out.
Screw-free
center drills may also be used with previous shanks, but note
that old-type center drills cannot be used with screw-free shanks.
Both
old and new-style bodies (replacement bits) can be used.
Gloves
must always be worn to prevent injury to hands or fingers when
pulling out screw-free center drills.
Risk
of injury to hands when removing debris by extracting center
drills. Always detach the body before removing debris. |
