This Q Bit draws in concrete shavings very powerfully while drilling.

The
shavings produced during the drilling will be drawn in from
the tip of the drill bit. Therefore, the spiral, which had been
inevitable to drilling for years, has become unnecessary. Additionally,
scratching the inside wall by shavings discharged through the
bit spirals does not occur any more. This is really a new and
superior operating method for the concrete drills.

| With
a non-articulated structure from the shank to the bit tip, the
Q Bit does not require attachment of two sections like the assembly
type drill bits. Being one solid piece, it enables full transfer
of the hammering impact and the spinning force to the bit tip. |

Along
with the increased demand for anchor bolt installation, more
efficiency is also required in cleaning shavings on floors and
holes. The Q Bit enables the reduction of these processes and
improve the working efficiency. Additionally, the system automatically
improves the anchor adhesiveness and reduces the chance of it
coming out.
